In 2018, Michael Smith, a 12-year Facebook engineer, joined FOCUS, bringing his extensive experience and drive for innovation. During Facebook’s hyper-growth phase, Michael played a pivotal role in developing and scaling their engineering infrastructure. Together, Trevor and Michael have built a company that prioritizes quality and results, helping businesses achieve significant growth and success.
